The internet-based forum took place from 31st March to 11th April 2003 on this website. This forum has offered an effective method for debate and exchange of ideas between key scientists, policy makers, development workers and will contribute to the setting of the agenda for Europeans and the African world. We hope to be able to give recommendations to sponsors and donors, policy makers, scientists and science users (enterprises, farmers).
